Trail Hiking is Good for the Body and Soul

I think both words put together is all scary enough Trail and Hiking and all at once but I wished I had discovered this a long time ago of course my 1st time doing it wasn’t so bad I mean I was in leg pain and never ending soreness for about a week or so but I was so hooked  I really really liked it the whole nature side of discovering new trails and what the history was behind it , interesting and fasinated at the same time when going on these hike trails you tend to loose track of time and when you go leave the fear behind yes there might be some snakes or coyotes but you know they all sense fear if you give it .

I think it probably took my 3rd trail hike adventure when I was really enjoying it I have never appreciated mother nature so much and thankful that I am able to experience it the hills , the grass , flowers , dirt , animals , waterfalls the Sun ok I will stop now but there is just this great feeling of  peace and beauty that I think when you experience it you will know exactly what I am talking about Trail Hiking is good for the Mind Body and Soul and the feeling of gratitude that you get when you finish that little adventure leaves you wanting for more  I am very hooked and will continue this until I can and I fully recommend you try it not going to lie going to these trail hikes resets your way of thinking but in a good way Trust Me .
